Objectives
- To build brand awareness among people living in the Rangsit area for the two newly opened restaurants (Food Exchange and Alberto’s Pizzeria & Sports Bar) located on the hotel’s lobby floor.
- To increase the hotel’s website traffic by leading potential customers to read more about the restaurant’s information and promotion details. Also, to create an online booking system that can track actual conversion.
Strategies & Platforms
- We considered the number of reservations and the revenue gained from using influencers as KPIs
- We selected the right influencers (nano, micro, and macro) with 5,000 – 1,000,000 followers to reach the target audience
- We finalized our campaign by choosing 20 bloggers to review the buffet, 20 bloggers to review the Italian restaurant, and 10 bloggers to review accommodation (starting from 18 December 2021)
- We promoted our campaign via social media platforms both Facebook and YouTube and the review articles on the blogger’s websites.
Result
After bloggers published their content reviews online, we successfully received a number of bookings at 2,000+ covers. (The average buffet price is THB 750 per person)
